• One Name Per Sheet: Only one name can be printed per sticker sheet or per subscription.

Order Changes

• Change Requests: Changes to personalisation (e.g., name corrections) can be requested; however,
• No Changes After Production: Once the production process begins, no further changes to personalisation will be accepted.

• Font: The font used, is the same as the font shown on the product images.
• Image: The image size on each sticker will be adapted to fit the designed objective.

Cancellations

• Cancellations Can be Requested: You can request for your order to be cancelled; however, once production of your order has begun, no cancellations will be accepted.

Production and Shipping Times

Processing Time: Personalised stickers are custom-made, and production can take between 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time: Once produced, orders are shipped via Royal mail, and shipping times vary based on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Damaged or Lost Items

• No Returns on Personalised Items: Due to the custom nature of personalised stickers, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.

   When you subscribe, you are ordering a specific set of stickers to be delivered monthly. Your chosen selection will remain the same each month unless you decide to update it.
2. Customising Your Order
   Subscribers have full control over their sticker selection. You can:

• Change your sticker designs at any time before the monthly deadline.
• Add more stickers to your subscription, including different designs.
• Remove sticker designs from your subscription.
  If no changes are made before the deadline, your previous selection will be sent automatically.

• If no changes are made, your previous selection will be processed as usual.

   You can cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your renewal date. Once cancelled, you will continue to receive stickers until the end of your current billing period.
