Personalisation Policy

• One Name Per Sheet: Only one name can be printed per sticker sheet or per subscription.
• Accurate Details: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the personalisation details (e.g., names, text) provided at the time of purchase are correct.
• No Offensive Content: We reserve the right to reject personalisation requests that contain offensive or inappropriate content.

Order Changes

• Change Requests: Changes to personalisation (e.g., name corrections) can be requested; however,
• No Changes After Production: Once the production process begins, no further changes to personalisation will be accepted.

Scented Stickers (if applicable)

• Scent Longevity: We package scented stickers in plastic sleeves to preserve their scent, but the longevity of the scent may vary based on usage and storage conditions.

Customisation Limits

• Text Limits: Personalisation may be subject to text limits (e.g., character count) based on sticker size.
• Font: The font used, is the same as the font shown on the product images.

Cancellations

• Cancellations Can be Requested: You can request for your order to be cancelled; however, once production of your order has begun, no cancellations will be accepted.

Intellectual Property

• Design Ownership: All sticker designs remain the property of Creative Classroom Design and may not be reproduced, resold, or distributed without permission.
• Some graphics are the property of PrettyGrafik.com, as specified on the individual product, as per their terms of use.

Production and Shipping Times

Processing Time: Personalised stickers are custom-made, and production can take between 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time: Once produced, orders are shipped via Royal mail, and shipping times vary based on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Damaged or Lost Items

• Lost Orders: If your order is lost in transit, please contact us. After verifying the status with the carrier, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
• Damaged in Transit: If the product is damaged in transit, please provide photos of the damage within 7 days, and we will arrange a replacement.

Returns and Refunds

• No Returns on Personalised Items: Due to the custom nature of personalised stickers, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part.
• Refunds for Defects: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
• Proof of Defects: We may require photographic evidence of defects before processing a replacement or refund.
